Looking to boost your gut health with homemade fermented foods? This workshop is the perfect place to start! 🍶 In this immersive, full-day workshop, you’ll design, shape, build, and collaborate to create a fully functional fermentation pot that will become a staple in your kitchen.

 What to Expect:
🥬 Learn hand-building techniques and collaborate on wheelwork to create a unique, functional fermentation pot.
🥬 You’ll get 4 kgs of clay to shape your pot, and we’ll work together to make the lid and channel using the wheel.
🥬Get hands-on with a demonstration of how to make sauerkraut or kimchi.

🥬Enjoy a shared lunch featuring fermented foods, kombucha and what you bring to the table.

🥬Joined by Naturopath and Nutritionist Emma Gibson to share the benefits of fermented food on gut health.
